Are you ‘Ready’ for Salman Khan? Ready Movie Preview

Come June 3^rd and we will get to see the Dabangg star perform his magic on screen again in his latest film Ready. Directed by Anees Bazmee of Singh is Kinng fame, the movie stars Asin opposite Salman.
A remake of the 2008 Telugu film of the same name starring Ram and Genelia, Ready is a comedy which revolves around the pair and their families. Asin plays Sanjana, a vivacious young girl who comes to India to fulfil her dreams but her Uncles have other plans in mind in order to get hold of her inherited land and money.  Salman is Prem Kapoor, a happy go lucky young man, an only son who wants to enjoy his single life while his parents want him to settle down.

The fates of Sanjana and Prem cross paths when the latter accidently kidnaps Sanjana and helps her escape her marriage. He later falls for her and the movie revolves around uniting the two families while the Uncles are taught a lesson. What follows is a serious of rib cracking events as the two families try to get at each other.
Parts of the film have been shot in Sri Lanka, Film City in Mumbai and Bangkok. In addition to the duo, the film also stars Arya Babbar, Paresh Rawal, Mahesh Manjrekar, Akhilendra Mishra, Manoj Joshi and Sudesh Lahiri in supporting roles. Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Kangana Ranaut, Arbaaz Khan and Zarine Khan also have guest appearances.
The music of Ready has been composed by Pritam.  The songs ‘Character Dheela’ and ‘Dhinka chika’ have already become popular. The film doesn’t feature too many songs though, just four original tracks along with their remixes is what comprises the music album.

Asin

Post her success in the south, Asin made her debut in Bollywood with Ghajini, a hindi remake of her Tamil hit of the same name. Asin and Salman have previously worked together in London Dreams. Though that film didn’t do too well at the box office, there has been anticipation among the fans for Ready. Salman will definitely hope that this film is also appreciated by his fans like Dabangg was.
